1. Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to Canada, Australia and 18 countries in Europe : Belgium, Denmark, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, New zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland.
If your country is not listed above and you wish to purchase supplements from us, Please let us know and we can do our best to add it in our list.
We ship all the orders within Canda by UPS, and international orders by Canada Post.
2. How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
If your purchase is $100.00 or over (before taxes), you will automatically receive free shipping through UPS. CANADA ONLY .
3. How long will it take for me to receive my shipment?
All shipments are sent from Ontario. Depending on
where the package is being sent to, it can take typically 2-8 business
days. However, shipments to northern Canada can sometimes take as long as
13-15 business days.

All shipments are sent from Ontario. Orders are processed and sent within 2-5 business days. However, many of our products are usually in stock and sent within 1 business day.
4. What is our Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. You are welcome to send back un-opened and un-used products that were received within 15 days for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. If you have received a defective or damaged product that you have opened, you may return it.
We unfortunately do not accept returns from HMF Forte Probiotics of any type.
Please note, before returning the products, it is important for you to email us at email@example.com to receive a RMA# from us. We will also give you the appropriate mailing address for which to send the products to. **Please do not return your order without getting an RMA# from us first, or we will not be able to issue you a credit. **
If we sent you the wrong products please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on how to return your order.
Unfortunately, if you did not like the product, we are not able to process a refund. Individuals have their own unique sensitives, digestion, taste preferences, and health status. While these products may work for some, there is also the possibility it may not work for others. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
5. How do I Pack and Ship my Return?
Please keep the box you received the shipment in and simply reseal the box for shipping. Clearly write the RMA# you have been provided on the outside of the box. Bring the package to a Canada Post location to drop off. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding returns at email@example.com
6. Shipping HMF Probiotics
It is not necessary to ship HMF probiotics with an ice pack because the manufacturer has invested in a special technology in order to
allow the product to withstand higher temperatures.
The reason is due to their new freeze drying technology and their addition of 50% more probiotic at time of manufacturing than what the
Genestra's extensive product shelf life
testing shows that after 2 weeks of travel via UPS cross country and
back to the testing facility with no ice pack, the potency was
still above 100% of label claims.
The manufacturer has increased stability allowing the probiotics to last over 3 months at room
temperature holding their guaranteed minimum potency on label.
Your product will most likely contain 10-50% more than
what the label states when you receive it. In addition, it has an infinite shelf
life if stored the freezer (or 2 years if kept in the refrigerator).
